Young people all around us are heading Back to School this month. It may be a good time for business owners and QuickBooks users to take advantage of the opportunity to go back to school with QuickBooks’ Educational tools. Quickbooks offers a myriad of resources to anyone who would like to learn better ways to manage his/her business and finances with access to tutorials, articles, guides, tools, videos, blogs, even tips and tricks. The sky is the limit.
Learn by watching. I learn best by watching. These tutorials, allows you to access tutorials like creating an invoice or using the inventory feature (not available on all versions) to paying an employee or reconciling a bank account. Each tutorial is clear and easy to follow and the best thing is, it can be watched again and again.
Follow the arrows. If you are a user of QuickBooks Desktop, you may be familiar with the Home Page. Following the arrows guides you through core accounting processes. Mouseing over any icon on the Home Page will allow a brief description of that function to appear.
Have a Question. Chances are, you will find a situation that puzzles you at some time. The Quickbooks community links business owners like yourself together with experts in the field. Find answers to questions. Post questions. Search for tips and tricks from the experiences and knowledge of others.
